| Lola's potty crisis We have recently moved and previous to the move, Lola has been doing great on potty pads (indoors). Now, we have carpet, and I don't want an accidental leak, so we moved the potty pads outside to our tiny patio. (about 4x4') She has been doing potty ok, but the last few days she has had a few accidental poos! (on the carpet) It seems as though she is confused, and I want to use a bell system so that she can let me know when she has to go and use a timed system too. The bad thing is, our new city is an animal loving city and, in our apt complex alone, it seems as though every single person has a dog... it might seem fun, but from Lola's behavior, I believe she smells pee and poo EVERYWHERE... on the apt complex floors, carpets, and out on the streets... SHE THINKS SHE CAN NOW GO ANYWHERE! It is soooooo upsetting to me to see her cop a squat (anytime, mind you) on the street, on public carpetting, ugh!!!! I don't know what to do! I understand this is a transition and she needs to re-learn many things to adjust to apt living but... omg...!! help!!!! Tips are appreciated! oh, and... where can I buy those bells?? I saw the tell bell, but I'm more interested in regular bells... thanks!!!! Last edited by j3ntan; 08-20-2008 at 04:36 PM. |

| I saw large jingle bells at the Dollar Tree today. That's what I use. I just tied it to a long ribbon and hang if from the door knob. Works great!
