| Hi, I read somewhere that you give the treat at the time of the duty, so he can relate the treat to what he just did. If you give it to him when you come inside, he may think you are giving him a treat for coming inside, he has forgotten about the poop outside. Just sharing. He should be able to hold his pipi for approx. 4 hours. If it were my baby, I would take a urine sample to the vet to make sure he does not have a uti, have it sent out for culture to rule any urinary stones or crystals out. Good luck.
