| I'll be watching this one! Lil Bit barks, too---but ONLY at my husband! A dog trainer advised us to have my husband take care of Lil Bit, feed him, take him out, give him treats, etc.--and we've tried that. But nothing doing. When my husband comes home in the afternoon, there goes my personal less than a foot tall guarddog! And if my husband walks down the hall when the lights are off, I'd swear we were being invaded! So I've got my fingers crossed that you get some good advice! |

| TRY THIS....but you have to do it everytime they bark so keep it handy....take a coffee can put some change in it cover with lid tape it down and everytime they bark even if its tiny....SHAKE it until they stop barking and then give them a treat. Hope this works.

| We do both the spray bottle and the can of change. Crosley isn't afraid of the noise, but the water works on her. She hates to be sprayed. Camden is afraid of the coins, so it works on her. We only do a small shake though, you don't want to scare them too much!

| I am having this same problem with Madeline. Unfortunately, when she starts, she sets off my other two. I now have several soda cans of pennies all over the house. Sometimes, I don't even have to shake the can, just show it and they stop barking. It is a work in progress but does seem to be working.

| I can tell you what not to do...we purchased the bark control device from Pet Edge and it was a total waste of $35.99. Does not affect any of them. I do not recommend one of these at all.

Wrigley is really timid too and she gets scared and she's never the one we are shaking the can at, she just thinks she is!

| Pixie's a bit of a yapper..now we have new neighbours with a Yorkie too and she has got worse! I'm trying the coins in an empty coca cola can..if that fails i'll try the spray bottle!
