| giving treats all the time??? out of curiousity....is it ok to give treats to your baby even without doing anything??? |

| A puppy should always earn a treat. Treats are a great way to reinforce and reward good potty habits. |

| i dont give toby a treat for anything anymore.............. we ran out of cherios, and now he likes doing it for the praise (dont want to ruin it......lol) i dont want him to become a treat hound again |

| If the treats are "good quality food" and not junk and if they don't interfere with normal meals, then treats can be given more frequently. Just be sure that your little one is eating enough at regular meal time. Sometimes they just need a treat. I know I don't always "earn" my chocolate. |

| what about biscuits that they sell at petco by the pound? Are they ok to give as snacks? |
