| I used pee pads in the beginning but found it to be horrible to look at and not cost effective. I use the second nature litterbox with the second nature litter. We thought it would be hard for her to adjust but it actually was very easy. As far as cleanup goes it actually very easy. You just scoop out the part your dog just peed on and replace the litter. We bought the large litterbox too but if you buy the small one it will even be more cost effective and easy to clean for you. I would definitely recommend litterbox over the pads because the pads are just so nasty. When we have to take her somewhere we take a pee pad and put some litter on it to get her to go. Good luck.
