| Potty Training, Anyone? How many of you are still trying to potty training your sweet little furry bundle of joy? And, how old are they? You who have been successful--ANY HELPS will be gladly appreciated! Misty is four months old. In the morning, she will go out, go wee, wee immediately and then I say," Go more potty" and she will squat and go poo. I can get her to go wee during the day outside if I time it right, but the poo is a different matter. I can keep her out for an hour, and she runs in and poos somewhere. She knows what she is doing, I believe, as she tries to hide it and go as fast as a bullet. If she has gone, and I come into the room, she will run around away from me looking scared! Maybe the yell I let out, is annoying to her! Not as annoying as picking up poo all day. Which leads me to another question. How often does your dog poo? Misty does about 5 times a day. The vet said to just feed her twice a day and pick up the dish and that would slow down the poo times. Hasn't helped! I keep some of her food in my pocket anda when she goes outside, I praise and treat her with it. Also, she won't go unless I go out with her and verbally tell her to go! Yeeks! Driving me nuts! Pat |

| I am another failure at potty training. Sawyer who is almost two, does good most of the time ( he still thinks throw rugs are puppy pads though); Darby is just four months and is much better than Sawyer. He gets frantic looking for the puppy pad, so he is easy to catch. He also poops about 4 times a day. he eats twice, and we don't know where it all comes from; but my husband calls him Sir s**tsalot

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Zoey is 34 weeks and I think and pray we are close to being done. Her sister was done at exactly 8 months. Hoping it works for us all. I can't wait for no more accidents.

| Love it! Sir Sh--salot! Perfect! I had thought about shi-head and piss pot! It just drives one up the wall. I know Snoodles was 9 months old, and one day, I picked her up, growled in her face, yelled at the top of my lungs and threw her out! She never peed or pooped again in the house--ever Until she had her stroke, of course. I wonder why they defy one so? I think it is a showing who is top dog thing! Pat |

| I think we made a break through! Misty is 4 months old, and I have been battling the poo thing. She usually will pee as soon as I put her out, but the poop she has been holding for inside. Yesterday, I picked her up and showed it to her and yelled at the top of my lungs, brought her back and showed her again, walked to the door, brought her back and showed her again and yelled , and by God, she pooped three more times outside! Than ran to me tail awagging! This morning, she ran right out, peeded and then pooped and ran to me again! Could this possibly be it? Oh! I hope so! I am still waiting for the second poop of the day, though. Have taken her out, but so far no poo! I have cleaned my carpet 3 times since I bought her. I hope this is pretty much the end coming! Yea! Will let you know how it goes! pat |
