| Just moved- she is peeing on the floor! We just moved to a new apartment this weekend. Lucy, my 8 month old Yorkie was 100% wee wee pad trained in the old apartment. In fact, almost too trained that she won't even go outside! She just holds it in on her walk until we get home. Anyways, now this past weekend she has peed and pooped on the wee wee pads, but also on the rug and the hard wood floor. This morning when I went to work, I gated her in the kitchen with wee wee pads, but she doesn't like being gated. I was just too worried she would go on the floor while I am at work. I really don't want to go back to starting all over training her. Help! Any suggestions? |

| I say you are going to need to gate her for a little while.....it seems like yorkies are really good with the pads in their environment but take them out of the environment they know and it's like they were never trained! It will take a little while for her to realize this is her new place and what to do. It's not her fault....she doesn't know where she is. Once she realizes this is home and figures it out she will be fine. Good luck!!!

| Rocky did the same thing when we moved from an appartment to a our house. He is completely potty trained to go outside, but when we moved it took him a little bit to get use to the idea of going to the back door and yard verses going to the front door and a walk. She just needs to get use to her new surroundings. I am sure she will get back on track soon. |
