I say you are going to need to gate her for a little while.....it seems like yorkies are really good with the pads in their environment but take them out of the environment they know and it's like they were never trained! It will take a little while for her to realize this is her new place and what to do. It's not her fault....she doesn't know where she is. Once she realizes this is home and figures it out she will be fine. Good luck!!!
