Hi everyone
Today was our last class, and I must say I have mixed emotions about it. On the one hand, I am relieved, because I don't feel like I have to be on alert so much. Last week, the lab decided Abigail was a toy, and wanted to play with her. Both his handler and I acted quickly!

Then, today, I went to find a new addition to the pack: a Pit Bull! I know they can be a sweet dog, depending on their handler, but I had a very scary experience with one, and just can't help tensing up around them. I never picked Abigail up, but couldn't help placing my body between the Pit and Abigail, when it was his turn for different exercises that would bring him past us.
On the other hand, I'm kind of saddened, as we did a little agility today, and it was fun! I know I have the option of continuing to intermediate classes - but, I tell ya...with the stress of the larger dogs this time, and just finding a way for things to work out at home to make class, I don't think I will.
However, we're not done yet, if we're going on to thereapy. She needs four weeks in March! *sigh*

How is that going? If you started a thread about this, I missed it.
