| We seem to have overcome another hurdle I posted a month or so back about Max and his loss of potty training. He went through about a week and a half time frame of pottying anywhere and everywhere. He went in his crate, right next to my feet, in front of the door, you name the place, he went potty there. I had just about had all I could stand. But I went back to STRICT crate training, even though he was pottying in it and basically only let him out for potty breaks. He had some short play times but not much. I gradually started giving back his freedom and for the past two weeks he has done VERY good. Only one pee-pee accident that I found later and one other pee-pee accident that was totally my fault. We had company over and I wasn't paying attention to how much time had passed since he had last been outside. One poop accident but that again was my fault. I was so tired one morning (my 11 month old is teething and up a lot at night right now) so my husband said he'd get up with the kids and let Max out. Every morning Max will run out, go pee, then come back to you to let him inside. I know better and I make him go back in the yard and go poop. My husband didn't know that routine so he let Max back inside and shortly after that Max pooped. I woke up hearing my 2 1/2 year old hollaring "Poo-poo, poo-poo!!!" We call him the Poop Police. Anyways, I just wanted to thank everyone here who gave me advice and encouragement on that very angry thread I had going! I'm pretty worried about when it comes time to get Max neutered, how he may regress again, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

| I didn't know where Southaven was so I looked it up on Google. It's right next to the MS/TN border. I'm clear down in the east central part of the state. Darn, I sure wish I was closer! I'd love to meet your daughter and see about the mom's group!

| I'm glad that you are doing better. I actually thought about you and wondered how it was going, and was going to try to figure out how to ask you. Lori |
