| ![]() Hello!! I have an 11 week male yorkie. I have had for four days now. I also have a year old female yorkie. I put them both in crates at night. Max(the pup) cries all night. I know it is normal for puppies to cry at night, but I dont think he gets any sleep. I put a stuffed animal in there and a towel. I also cover the crate with a blanket. I know its tough love. I just hope it gets better, I hate for him to cry the entire night.Any suggestions?!? Oh and another question....When I take both of the dogs outside to potty and only one of them actually potties, do I only treat the one? Do you discipline for messs in the house. I have heard yes and no. Thanks,Angie, Daisy ![]() ![]() |

| ![]() I don't discipline for inside accidents, but praise a lot when they get it right. The crate training will get easier, and the crying will stop in time. Do you keep there crates in a position so they can see each other? That might help comfort him.

| ![]() That is a good idea. I will put his crate next to hers. I just didnt want him to keep Daisy up all night. Is there no need for covering it? Gosh this website is so helpful! =) Thanks again! Angie,Daisy ![]() ![]() |
