| ![]() I hope this is the right area to post this. My little Leo is 19 weeks and pee pad trained. We were doing really, really good. He was going potty on his own and hadn't had an accident in a few weeks. My parents where here for a few days and my Dad even comminted on how well Leo was doing on his potty training. We even trust him to be out all night in our youngest DD' room. ![]() ![]() ![]() **I am now starting potty training all over again. I am have him on a leash (like when we first came home)and he goes every where I go, I take him potty every few hours, I give him a treat if he goes potty correctly. Has anyone had this problem? What do you guys think? Any suggestions? Last edited by momof4CA; 11-13-2007 at 04:35 PM. |

| ![]() Is he neutered? This might be why he is lifting his leg. If you neuter him, it usually gets rid of the problem. |

| ![]() He is not neutered. He won't be neutered until he is about 6 months. |

Donating Yorkie Yakker | ![]() Try putting a coffee can in the middle of the pad to give him something to pee on- I've heard this works, it acts like a hydrant? or a tree? |

| ![]() OMG. i havent been on this forum in a long time and my yorkie is doing exactly the same thing, he likes to pee on the the corner of my couch and the corners of my bed... he does the same thing when i bring him over to a friends house. he likes to pee on the corners of things now. i was guessing maybe its because he isnt neautered yet.. could that really be the problem? how is neutering the problem?
