My vet pushes the CET chews. I just don't like them because of the fact they can eat them, but I am sure you won't have a problem under supervision. Another thing I have is the Kong Dental Sticks. Put peanut butter in them and they love them. The ridges are great for their teeth and the rubber is soft and easy on the teeth. Amazon.com: Kong Classic DENTAL STICK Dog Stuff'n...

| My dogs chew their nylabones up the same way as in your picture. The chewed up end gets so spiky that every piece of lint or hair in the house will stick to it. And man does it hurt to step on one of those things with bare feet! They love them but keep losing them and I haven't bought more in a while. |

| My six pound yorkie get the Nylabone Flexies. My sixteen pound boy gets big pieces off of small and large flexies, so he can't have them. He gets the Durables. I only allow them because it seems to be the lesser of evils. I won't give bacteria filled animals parts or rawhide. Here the Durables get very sharp. I can't imgine that is good for them. Also, my vet does dentistry all the tie and says the hard Nylas and cow hooves are theworst teeth fracturers (upper fourth premolar). It's a judgment call between broken teeth, obstruction, choking, and bacteria.

| My two showed no interest in Nylabones. We do bully sticks with supervision around here. When they get too short, I toss them. We haven't had any problems.

| Same here. But after the Samonilla recall I tried to get Moki to chew the Nylabone but he like the Bully sticks better. They need to chew. |
