Yeah, chunks NOT come off .. I have had many pups over the years of all sizes and never have they done a thing to those Dura Chews but wear them down. My pups gnaw away on them mostly at bedtime.
My vet pushes the CET chews. I just don't like them because of the fact they can eat them, but I am sure you won't have a problem under supervision.
Another thing I have is the Kong Dental Sticks. Put peanut butter in them and they love them. The ridges are great for their teeth and the rubber is soft and easy on the teeth.
