| We send everyone home with about 4 different baby toys. Our favorite is the hard teethers. Our puppies love that. We get large very hard plastic balls with little balls that rattle inside (not possible to chew through) They LOVE chasing that thing around and listening to the noise inside. Babies r us has great stuff! |

| Reighny is just crazy about these soccer balls. They're soft so he can run around with them in his mouth and the squeakers are loud which he also likes. We play endless games of fetch with them. He's also quite fond of Ty's Li'l Bow Wow Beanies (this is a YT member's site and they're also on Amazon). Tougher than any plush toy I've seen, has a squeaker and we play tug o' war with it.

| Belle has from the time we got her been a chew and destroy dog. At 6 pounds she's a match for almost anything. I think it's the squeekers. Her toy box was almost empty. I was at a thrift shop and they had a fat furry little teddy bear (no squeeker) I got that for a quarter, figured I wasn't out much. She plays with that all the time. Pounces and growls and shakes it but has not chewed on it once. 2 other of her very favorites are home made. I took a small plastic water bottle and put some dry kibble in it and hot glued the top on. I hate the noise but it keeps her happy. She's able to pick it up and run with it. If she would bite a hole the kibble is safe to eat but so far no chewing on that one either. Her very favorite thing is a tennis ball, she has several so I took one and put it in a plastic grape juice can, the kind frozen grape juice comes it. It rolls around in there but she can't get it out. She lays it on the floor and then backs up and runs at it and with her nose she picks it up and throws it. I'm amazed at how high she can throw that thing. Our lab always watches or it comes down on his head. She plays with that in the kitchen first thing in the mornings for about an hour. How cheap of a toy can you get . Santa is going to bring some more toys I hope, but she seems happy with her home made ones best. |
