This is extremely sad and the need to have thousands of emails sent to this owner before he decided to stop making this product is ridiculous. One incident of this nature is one too many. I have contacted the company and will also be forwarding the article to all media outlets and televised pet shows. I hope something is done soon!

Thank-you so much for posting that! It's a terrible, terrible thing! Poor Chai!! I can't imagine being in that situation -- and all because of a toy.

I'll definitely take a very close look at the toys I get for Pixel and warn my family and friends to do the same. Thanks so much.
