| I made one early and 30 mins later and Laney is still having a blast with it! If it last until she gets bored with it.. Slade might have a chance to try it out. If not, I'll have to make him one of his own.

| I didn't add treats to the one I made, but others said it worked. I guess you can try it both ways and see. Let us know, okay?

| Well, I made TWO of these as soon as I read the post the other day, LOL...my dh travels a lot and seems to somehow lose socks in his travels, so I always save the ONE he brings back.....I always think the other one will turn up stuffed in his bag or who knows where? So I've got quite a collection~ I've gone thru two sets of the toy now....the first ones I made, I put the squeaker in, but Madison chewed thru the sock and destroyred both squeakers.....the second set, I put the top on the water bottle, didn't use a squeaker, but I put some of their hard kibble into the bottle (this also prevented the kibble from falling out of the bottle, which I think might be why he really tore up the "toy"...he could smell the kibble. But with the top on the bottle, it just makes noise. Then I put the wadded up empty treat bag on top and knotted the sock....I can't believe how MUCH they LOVE these! And it's so funny to see them just flipping them around! I also did one of them with a knot at the top and bottom (just so they have something to fight over). Thanks for such a great idea!!! The boys thank you too

| Fun Fun!! Wow, I had no idea yorkies could be so descructive! When dakota first came home, she played with her toys...but did not leave them needing life support. Now I am lucky if a toy lasts 5 mins without having it strewn about the room. So this sock toy sounds GREAT! Thank you for the idea! |

| What a great idea....Lil Miss Izzie loves water bottles...and I have one for her with pinto beans sealed in it...but I think that she would sooooo much more enjoy playing with it when she can't see what's inside....

| Deegan can't get enough of socks & loves water bottles too! I can't leave a closet door open or a basket of clothes where he can reach cause he'll be in there diggin' away for one! And then it's a game of chase around the house to get it back! It's the cutest thing, but gets annoying when you put on a sock and find a hole in it from "you know who!" lol And water bottles... geezz... this kid will take off with those too if he gets a hold of them - full of water or empty - he don't care! lol But I love the little stinker!

| Does anyone else's Yorkie knock themselves silly when playing with theirs? Sam grabs the end of the sock and shakes it like a mad dog and the whole time he is knockin himself in the head I guess it doesnt hurt bc he keeps doing it. Sometimes he throws it ... runs to grab it and knocks himself in the head again Good thing he is cute, I guess lol
