Is she a chewer? Or does she like to play fetch? Odie has an array of different toys... stuffies, balls (hard and soft) squeekie toys, an old sock tied into a knot. He also has some rubber chew type toys.. a baby kong.. rubber teething ring. He loves all his toys but at different times. Depending on his playful mood. He is 14 weeks old so right now anything is good...lol Good luck at finding what excites your baby.

| [QUOTE=Odie in London;1889314]Welcome to YT. First of all how old is Bella? Is she a chewer? Or does she like to play fetch? Odie has an array of different toys... stuffies, balls (hard and soft) squeekie toys, an old sock tied into a knot. He also has some rubber chew type toys.. a baby kong.. rubber teething ring. He loves all his toys but at different times. Depending on his playful mood. He is 14 weeks old so right now anything is good...lol Good luck at finding what excites your baby.[/QUOTE Bella is a year and half. She does not chew on things around the house. She is a very good girl. She loves attention, she loves to sit on your lap and she can stay their for hours if you let her. She is a very calm dog, does not brake, is not overly hipper, but loves to be noisy. Because she is so noisy I do not let her run around the house when no one is home in fear that she will hurt herself so I put her in a room where she can room to run ( usually my bed room) . I feel bad at times because she is there alone so I would like to find a toy for her to keep her busy with. |

| I have bought so many toys for my furbabies and their favorite and the only one they play with is a small rubber ball I got from Ikea (3 sets for $1.99). Its kinda annoying though because they're always wanting me to throw it for them! |

| We have all sorts of toys...they play with all of them at some time or another. Even the new puppies we have play with them. If you bring her to the store with you she most likely won't pay with anything, she is our of her familiar surroundings....I would buy a couple and try it with her at home. Good Luck.

| I don't mean to be discouraging but some dogs just don't do toys. But, I read in the Ultimate Puppy guide that you can change that if you'd rather use toy rewards rather than food all the time. From what I remember, it goes like this: you buy some squeaky fun toy and put it away in a drawer. Take it out a few times a day, with pup watching, and play with it yourself. (I know, this sounds silly ) Throw it up into the air, laugh and act like you're having a blast with it. Then put it away. The next step is to tie it to some string or yarn and drag it around, hopefully the pup is somewhat interested in it by now, but don't let her get it. Keep playing with it and keeping it just out of her reach, and in theory she will want it so bad by the time she finally gets it. At that point you can squeak, play fetch or tug and she should like playing with toys. Good luck!
