| Yes it is but I would reserve for a treat only unless you feed a pre made raw diet or home cook after speaking w a dog nutritionist. I would not give anything fatty like bacon, or having the skin or fat attached. Lean beef should be fine. Even poultry but I just think that's weird. I give cooked (boiled) chicken as a treat. And portions should be tiny. I only give about a tablespoon.

| Make sure you are feeding this meat to older pups...I almost killed a litter of puppies by feeding raw chicken and raw hamburger meat to 5-8 week old puppies.. |

| I believe it has to be frozen previously (to kill off the bacteria). You give it defrosted of course. |
