I think we both were looking at the same litter at Meadowland Yorkies. We bought a girl in Sept, 07. The owner had told us they never had a case of luxating patellas in their dogs. Well our dog has two luxating patellas, level 3 and 4, so quite severe cases. In hindsight, there were many red flags, and we ignored them. Also, our dog is not affectionate. I wonder if it was because she was not well loved and socialized there.

Stay clear of Kim Hinkle.

Krystoff, I didnt realize you were one of her victims too. She is sick. She is selling a litter now exposed to parasites and just doesnt care. She is in it for a buck. Keep spreading your word and let people know your story. She should have been stopped two years ago. Some of Kims user names on YT are: cuteness yorkie, My Yorkie kids, My yorkie pal, yorkie treasure, and when I remember the rest I will repost. Kimberly Hinkle you are sick. You are evil. You are nasty and I am so sorry to all her multiple victims. KARMA is a BIT**

Or sign on with one of her fake names, act as her own client and defend herself because no REAL person will defend her. Kim has very little friends in the Yorkie community across the US and has burned MANY bridges with well known people. She claims Raymond Antonucci supports her, but the man cant argue that because he passed away over a year ago. So now her site says he supports her. BELIEVE ME, he wouldnt if he were alive and could defend his name. STEER CLEAR OF KIM HINKLE. She sells her pups out of a dive bar in Sacramento called the Trap. She calls it a "landmark" The space is a landmark, not the dumpy bar. Im sure it wont be long before she changes her business name again. And when she comes on here and says she's suing you for slander......rest assured it is an empty threat......there is no slander in the TRUTH!!!

Yes, it was the same litter, and I too ignored the red flags. As of today, I still have yet to see any valid documentation or a refund. It's easy to ignore the red flags when you're holding such an adorable creature. All you want to do is take the puppy home and love them. That's why I am so saddened that some "breeders" try to profit on this.
I am very sorry to hear about your girl and I hope she is doing as well as can be. My situation turned out to be a blessing because I looked elsewhere and found an adorable boy who is very healthy, sweet, and loves to snuggle every chance he gets.
All the best to you, and yes, I believe in karma too.....
