| !!SCAM!! benpurebreedyorkiepuppies.com is a SCAM!! benpurebreedyorkiepuppies.com is a SCAM! I submitted a request online for more info on 1 of their dogs. We emailed back and forth and I decided that I wanted to get it. Despite multiple red flags, I sent the money anyway and now out $600. I feel so stupid. If anyone knows of a good, reputable breeder or rescue in North Carolina or Virginia please let me know. This time, I am going to pick up the dog in person. I did report them, but I can't get my money back. If anyone wants more details, I'll be glad to share. |

| It is the people who run these scams that should feel bad but they are heartless a$$holes.

| From seeing just the website itself, there are red flags everywhere. Buyers beware. Please do not buy from any websites that claim to be a "small, family run business" where the "dogs live in our home". They usually show sweet photos of their family and convince viewers on how much they love the breed. I consider this type of family a backyard breeder. Even if you got a puppy from them, the chances of the puppy being healthy is much lower. The biggest red flag is that it advertises to sell the "t-cup yorkie". If you're looking for a healthy Yorkie puppy from a reputable breeder, take your time to meet them in person at your local dog show. This is the route I took. If you're from NC, I did a quick Google search and found that there'll be a dog agility show coming soon: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/dog-agi...906171?aff=es2 You could attend and see if there are any Yorkies. If not, speak to some of the breeders there and ask about other shows in your area that they may have seen Yorkies showing in. Speaking with reputable breeders and getting contacts from them is really your best bet.

| Red flags I am embarrassed to admit the red flags I ignored, but here they are...hopefully it will help... 1. They requested a money gram. I was unaware that I was not protected using that method. 2. They kept rushing me. Gave me a sense of urgency the entire time. 3. The change of ownership document had the wrong color and no birthday. Also the issue date was 6 months before the dog was born. 4. The website had a lot of typos and mixed up information in the descriptions. Totally out of order. 5. According to the website, and phone number on there, they were located in Nashville, TN. The person I sent money to was in Ohio. And the name was different. Everything was consistent with a website hack. 6. They were never able to communicate the phone. 7. They never sent updated "non-stock" photos despite multiple requests. 8. I received an email from the "transportation company" saying i needed to send $600 for a crate, then I would be refunded 99% upon return of the crate. I forwarded it to the "breeder" and she said well then go hurry and send it. I refused and she told me I was abandoning the puppy. That's when I realized I had been scammed. |

| You NEED to contact your cable provider ASAP & let them know of this, provide the site to them. Your provider has a whole department for these things, they investigate these sites & SHUT them down. |

| So after I posted, I checked out the site. I don't know if this is truly a scam OR a BROKER & since you did not pay for the shipping I don't know how you could prove it's a scam as you would have to actually pay all prices & fees & then not actually receive a puppy for it to be a scam. |
