From seeing just the website itself, there are red flags everywhere.
Buyers beware. Please do not buy from any websites that claim to be a "small, family run business" where the "dogs live in our home". They usually show sweet photos of their family and convince viewers on how much they love the breed. I consider this type of family a backyard breeder. Even if you got a puppy from them, the chances of the puppy being healthy is much lower.
The biggest red flag is that it advertises to sell the "t-cup yorkie".
If you're looking for a healthy Yorkie puppy from a reputable breeder, take your time to meet them in person at your local dog show. This is the route I took.

You could attend and see if there are any Yorkies. If not, speak to some of the breeders there and ask about other shows in your area that they may have seen Yorkies showing in. Speaking with reputable breeders and getting contacts from them is really your best bet.
