| Please review Yorkiesbythelake.com Yorkies By The Lake These are her "breeders"....ummmmm I think they are adorable, but certainly not the best representations to be breeding, floppy ears and etc. She lets very small pups go at 8-10 weeks....uggghhh there was so much in my opinion wrong here. Anyway please review and post.

| I WANT TO STRESS......do NOT confuse this for "biewersbythebay" which is a very reputable breeder.

| Some were very cute and others not so much. Prices were not out of line I thought.

| I personally don't like the fact that she doesn't show, just produces litters for money. What is she doing to better the breed??? Too many dogs for my comfort level, how can the puppies get the attention they need to be confident people loving pups.

Yorkie Yakker | Kindest breeders ever! I have worked with this Breeder for 6 mos now-they are wonderful people who love their dogs more than anyone I know!! They would do anything to help you find your perfect puppy! I love their Yorkies and I am getting 2...a Biewer and a Yorkie! I initially asked for references and was given 8 names to call and videos of their Mommas and home...so much deception on the internet it's scary!! Not with this Breeder! Everyone of their clients raved bout them...please be careful when you judge - we need to encourage the Breeders who do it out of pure love. It's a lot of work! |

| I would be wary when buying a puppy from Yorkies by the Lake. I have contacted them before, but decided not to get one of their puppies due to their guarantee which did not include a lot of diseases which could be not only from injury/not well taken care of but hereditary. However they also say that they have a guarantee for hereditary diseases which contradicts with the rule above. It may just be me, but this part of the guarantee doesn't make much sense to me. Do they offer the warranty for diseases that can be both by injury and hereditary (but is hereditary in this case)? They also breed MANY litters per year, so I would be concerned due to this issue. I have a friend (breederreviewer) that had a very unpleasant experience with a "sibling" breeder of Yorkies by the Lake (they share the parents of their puppies), Gold Mine Yorkies. They insulted her for asking questions about their puppies and their breeding saying that she asked too many questions and would be better off with a stuffed puppy. In conclusion, I would not purchase a puppy from Yorkies by the Lake due to the reasons above.
