| ![]() In the 11 years I've used frontline I've never had a flea on my dogs or in my house. I wouldn't switch. If I were you I would write to their corporate offices with your story.

| ![]() yes, this is what told them. That I have used their product for years but was disappointed this time around. I even asked them if it had an experiation because I bought the packages at Costco, rather then my vet. Costco started carrying them last year and were sold out, so this year I bought it early and had it in my closet. They said no it did not have an experiation as long as it was sealed. My issue is not the product it is the attitude. It concerns me, because I feel if they do not back the product on this level, then certainly if there was a major issue such as your dog becoming ill from it, then they really would not back it. Their attitude was terrible! |

| ![]() Just wanted to say that I did a google on complaints on this company and there were a ton. All were the same complaint I had, snotty people and the product not doing what it says and they do not stand behind their guarantee of a refund either. Not just coming from me but from a lot of people. All the same complaints. Very poor business to deal with. |

| ![]() thank you for sharing I have had fleas while using the frontline (my dogs and in my house). I mostly alternate between frontline and adv k9.. it seams to help some. My vet wants me to change to another product that is a pill.. I will the next month when my supply of rontline is done.

| ![]() Thanks guys for the postings back. I gave them all a bath today and used, a flea shampoo that was safe for puppies as well, so I figured they'd be ok with it. They did fine. I pulled a few dead fleas off with the flea comb after the bath and no more scratching now, but those fleas were very much active and alive prior to the bath which further proves that Front Line did not do it's job. I did hear advantage was good, but when I googled it I saw quite a few dogs that had a reaction to it and I'm hesitant now to use it. I think I may just stick with using lavendar for bathing and going over them nightly with the flea comb. They only have the issues in Sept / Oct mainly and then they are fine. thanks again. Elaine |

| ![]() fleas seem to be becoming resistant to certain products in certain areas- many vets are suggesting switching products, alternating months or seasons to try and combat the problem. Any company is going to have stringent rules about giving money back- I don't follow their rules to the letter either, I split the product on my little guys- but I do it with the risk that if it doesn't work, I don't get my money back.

| ![]() In addition to the herbal flea and tick spray we talked about in another thread I have read that Avon Skin So Soft is supposed to work quite well. I will look for the link if you like. It's 5 parts H2O to 1 part Avon if using a spray.

Bob, Yes. Thank you. Any info you have that you'll share would be appreciated. I'm not big on chemicals on my dogs, never have been. I used the Frontline only when absolutely necessary. I'm not even big on the heartworm meds. I have read too much. I do use them because the alternative is far worse, but I do not use them all year round, only during the warmer months when they are outside. Most of the time they are inside with us and only go out to potty. Thanks again for any info. Elaine | |

| ![]() In Florida I have no choice. It's H/W, fleas all year. The past 3-4 months have also been bad for ticks. I've pulled several off the younger ones, even two piggy backing on each other ![]()
