| I'm sorry you are going through that. She is knowingly bringing innocent little puppies into this world, knowing they are going to do nothing but be in pain..it's sad that they have to even spend their first 10-12 weeks with her...

| Not to wish any problems upon you, but I have to say that I am so relieved that you ended up with this puppy. You sound like a wonderful Yorkie Mom who really cares about this puppy. I can tell, you are going to take care of her no matter what the cost. I really hope you are able to work something out to get a partial refund or some kind of help from the breeder. Someone else might have just returned her like damaged goods, or allowed her to be resold to another unsuspecting family. I am really pulling for you and admire your comitment. Hugs from Zoeybear and Baby Chloe.

| the Health gur the breeder writes contadicts the Ca lemon Law .. I know this as a breeder I always send out info on this law so You know your rights .. How many days after you recived your puppie did you go to the vets .. Please pull up the lemon law and look .. by ca law you DO NOT HAVE to give the puppie back NO Matter what the contract states .. Take the breeders Email and google it and her phone number or numbers ... this will help you find out more about the breeder please feel free to PM me .. make unethical breeder accountable protects future babies ! I would also look for some Young at Heart for your fur kid to help her with her Pain LP also salmon oil is supost help
