Not to wish any problems upon you, but I have to say that I am so relieved that you ended up with this puppy. You sound like a wonderful Yorkie Mom who really cares about this puppy. I can tell, you are going to take care of her no matter what the cost. I really hope you are able to work something out to get a partial refund or some kind of help from the breeder. Someone else might have just returned her like damaged goods, or allowed her to be resold to another unsuspecting family. I am really pulling for you and admire your comitment.
