YES, I have filed a complaint and my local sheriff's dept. is in contact with them too. From what I know, they're "working" on it. I'm not sure how long it's going to take but I sure hope it's soon so no one else gets taken advantage of.

I am so sorry you all have been scamed by this lady. You all keep going after her. Isin't there some law about fraud on the internet. Have you all talked to the local Aspc. Has anyone seen her set up or has she just shipped you all your yorkies. Atleast the yorkies that have got out of there have loving homes with you all. Maybe we all should send her a email and tell her we know about her and are going to spread the word. Don't write anything that threatens her but let he know we know. Just a thought, if you all do it let me know and I will sent some to. You all keep up the good work..........Cindy

What's worse is she has all these ads all over the internet- one place she has current puppies listed right now is usfreeads.com and she has listings on puppydogweb.com - but she is actually advertising puppies right now at usfreeads.com! Here are ALL of her listings (http://www.usfreeads.com/70380_adsbyuser.html)
and more people are getting their money stolen every day! How is this happening? How come no one can seem to stop her from doing that? I just dont understand- stealing is a felony and how this woman could keep doing this is beyond me.

Count me in. I lost money too. I am pursuing it every way I can think of, not so much for the money, but because I really dislike being taken for a ride.

Hi Everyone.

Here is an idea. Not only should we send her tons of email stating that we know about her scams but we need to place ads in the same location as she does warning everyone about her.

Here is a funny story. When I did get our first puppy (little did I know the other two wouldn't be coming), I wrote her a nice letter and she posted it as one of her testimonies along with a picture of my daughter. At first I didn't mind but after this incident, I wrote directly to the person who did her webpage and told them to take me off. He promised that he would (Thank God!).

I think it's a good idea to post warning signs where she posts puppies for sale.. I have seen them on other websites people doing the same thing about other breeders..

BB, You might have a lawyer write her a letter . It just might show her your serious and they arent too steep for that sometimes. If you have copies of your money orders or how you paid her i would send copies to the lawyer and deciteive. I am a breeder and that sure is a good way to ruin your business. I'm so sorry this happened to you. Best of Luck. and as long as you say the truth she can't gwet u.

Summary: Prohibits an owner or custodian from unjustifiably neglecting a living creature or refusing to provide necessary sustenance, food, or drink.

Geisha: Good ideas, another thing you can do is contact all the Yorkie-related websites you can find (or any other breed they sell) and tell them your horrible experiences, or start a website that warns people of that particular breeder as well. You've pretty much got everything else covered!

I'm VERY sorry as to what happened to you and to the others. I don't want to get anyone mad at me or make enemies, but I have been to the (tinydarling) breeder's home. This is where I got my puppy and I can assure everyone the puppies are well taken care of. I can understand how upset everyone is and I'm not exactly sure what happened in every's case. I guess I am one of the fortunate ones.

This is my story....I was looking for a breeder in my area so that I wouldn't have to have a puppy flown to me. I feel that flying a puppy stresses it out considerably. I also wanted to see the home my puppy was raised in and the parents. I looked on the internet for breeders within driving distance from me. I found tinydarlings. The puppies were reasonably priced and by the testimonies it appeared that she had many satisfied customers. I gave her a deposit via Paypal and then I gave her the remainer of the money once I picked up my puppy.

I was reluctant to write this post because I don't want to get in the middle of anything, but I want everyone to know that her dogs ARE healthy, well taken care of and they are living in her home. She has food readily available for them. She also told me to leave food out for my puppy. I don't...I feed him 3 times a day. I want everyone to know that It's NOT a puppy mill. I swear. I'm not sure how all this happened and I'm not defending her actions because I'm not sure of all the circumstances. I just know my OWN story and I know how her dogs/puppies are being cared for and treated. My puppy is in tip top health. Thank God. That's all I really wanted to convey in this post, that the dogs are not abused and are being fed.

I hope everything works out for everyone involved.

I am new to the site and I was reading about your story. I am so glad I read it because I considered her when searching on that same web site. This just confirms my fears about buying a puppy through the internet. I hope you eventually got your puppies. I will definately take her off my favorites list.
