Um I am sorry about you (loosing) your Dog but it sure seemed you were tring to sell this Terrible lady in your Tread. yes she is just that! It was nice of her to (give) you another, But this is a review and a bad one if you Like her start your own.

I, too fell prey to a lier, con artist, etc. I am in the early stages of looking for sites to warn others. I thought I really reasearched before buying, however I should have known to not just believe their words ,because they tell you whatever it takes to get you hooked on a puppy. I think the internet has afforded these cons a haven to work Yorkie lovers, knowing they usually bring more$$$$. I so respect people like you that will get involved, not just say"so sad too bad" I have started with the B.B.B and filed compaint. I will notify local ASPCA, Animal Care, Humane Society, etc mainly out of concern for the breeders stock and new puppies. Since breeder blocked my e-mails, because I dared to ask for Vet records she could not produce do to saving money with no Vet charges, I got to pay to clear up 5 medical issues. She allowed puppy for 9weeks to suffer. Would also appreciate any ideas to right a wrong FOR ALL Yorkies!!!!

Loretta is still in business. I don't know what to do but warn everyone that calls/emails me about puppies. I have met two people that have been deceived by her. I always thought that there was something up with her, she constantly has puppies available. I was in the process of selling a puppy to a wonderful young family from Sacramento and they decided to stop by Loretta's on their way to my home and see her babies. The young lady fell in love with one of her puppies and because Loretta was allowing full registration she bought her puppy. That evening I decided to go and visit Loretta to confirm what I had suspected all along. She had 4 puppies 3 that were 9 weeks old and one that was 11 weeks old. I asked her to see the parents and was told that she doesn't have them. That her aunt is a "Professional Yorkie Breeder of 27 years" and that she ships the puppies out to her at 5 weeks old. My chin must have hit the floor. I was in shock....Every question after that was answered by, she is a professional yorkie breeder and all the puppies come from excellent bloodlines and are 9 generation DNA tested. No matter what I asked that was her answer. I never let her know that I was a breeder. She would talk her way out of answering all the questions. When we left I debated for two hours wether or not I should call the young lady and let her know that I went and checked out Loretta. I did email them. Her husband called me back and we talked for almost two hours. He was in shock when I told them that their puppy had been shipped out here. We went over the contract and the CA puppy lemon law. They took my advice and had their puppy vet checked by two vets. They puppy was horribly sick, and both vets agreed that in the time it would take them to do testing and try and diagnose what was wrong she would probably die. Both vets gave a statement on letterhead, stating that the puppy was not fit for sale due to signs of genetic issues and diseases. It was a fight with Loretta to get their money back, but the young man had all tons of legal information and the Vet's statements. Her initial reply to him was " are you a cop or something" She called a friend over and they gave the poor puppy antibiotics, not knowing what was wrong with her. She wanted to nurse the puppy back to health, but he told her that if she didn't refund the money he would take the puppy with him and and do everything the legal way. She called the breeder and decided to refund the money.

Then about a week later my mom met someone at Kragen autoparts and commented on their Yorkie. Come to find out they bought their puppy from Loretta also. They have spent thousands of dollars in Vet bills and are doing everything they can to shut her down. Their puppy was only 6 weeks old, they bought her thinking that she was 9 weeks old and a "teacup". I am sure that there are several hundred people here in our area that have puppies from her and don't even know the truth behind their baby. I wish there was a way to let everyone in the Central Valley know about her. I have noticed that this last month she has dropped her prices. I just don't know what to do to help. I am glad that I stayed in contact with the young couple and was able to help them. So please if you live in CA do not buy from Loretta. She is currently living in Oakdale, I am not sure if this a new residence for her but she had a hard time giving me directions to her home.

You only own one of the tiniest Yorkies that I have ever seen and a Maltese?( can't recall what the other dog was ) You do not do the breeding yourself, and the whole situation just makes me sick. And for you to come on here and state that these are lies about you infuriates me. As I know what you told me in person about those puppies. I am looking for ways to educate people in our area about buying from people like you. And now you have given me that boost of energy to put every bit of spare time I have to make sure that you are not allowed to continue doing this. You should let your "family" know too that they are tied in this and I hope all of you pay dearly for what you have done to these poor babies. (Legally and Monetarily speaking!)

I am not a stalker. I visited you and your puppies and that is how I know what you are. I am only trying to keep others from being victimized by you. It is apparent that you are not a Yorkie Lover, as you claim. If you were you would not be brokering them. And I see that you don't have your ad in the Modesto Bee, but I found this add and the 1st picture is the same one that you post in the Modesto bee and the third one is the throw rug that you have in the Den. Magg is the street that you take to get to your home, so you either lied about your address on this site or this is your friend that comes over to give antibiotics without knowing what is wrong with the puppies.

I have only called you the day that I came out to see the puppies you had for sale. I have never emailed you, I don't have your email address. I am done arguing with you.
