I think this is it. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong:
Otis came from this breeder. And she is the one who gave Otis' mommy her new puppy. The Otis thread isn't really promoting her. Otis' mom made a nice comment about this breeder because she did a nice thing by giving her the puppy. She later was shocked to find out that the breeder had a bad reputation. The thread is about Otis being lost; the breeder was only mentioned in that thread.
