thank you so much.. ya I was taken as I wanted a breeding female that was black and gold.. she is beautiful and was healthy.. but what I went through was what you read..I bumped this hoping it carries on for some time again.. I think many did not see it.. I think it is important to keep it going.. I know it is easy to miss a post.. especially new yters looking for a yorkie.. they might just look at todays posts and miss this one...hugs to you...

Im sorry you had to go through all of that. And for her to threaten you as a breeder is horrible. Im glad you spoke up, it may save someone from going through the same thing.

[B][/B The big thing now a days seems to be brokers buying puppies out of country by saying they have family that breed them. Don't be fooled. These pups are bought from puppymills (CHEAP) and sold here in the USA through these brokers. Elaine

I did find a small breeder who did help me in brazil getting my papers.. she is young and has two young children.. she got my papers for me, when I did not know what to do.. and was upset.. I sent her an email.. and she called me to canada saying she wanted to help and she called on her coin.. said it is these brokers that make it hard for the small good breeder... she did not owe me anything.. and called canada a few times.. and asked for nothing.. I did get the papers.. thanks to sue..

I'm not suggesting that ALL people in other countries are puppymills, but I am saying that people in other countries that sell their puppies and ship them to the USA are puppymills. Just like in the USA you have good breeders and bad breeders but NO REPUTABLE BREEDER will ship their puppies to a broker or a pet store let alone one in another country.

Brazil seems to be the hot spot lately that brokers and petstores here in the USA are getting their dogs from. Think about it - if you as a consumer can buy say a mix (Designer dog as they call them) for $800 (Which I've seen some priced at) how much do you think that that broker paid someone in another country for that dog if they are making a profit which you know they are. Not to mention the cost involved of shipping that dog to the USA etc. If that is not enough to say Puppymill I don't know what is. Elaine

I meant no harm when I was telling you about Sue that helped me.. and yes.. she sells her yorkies for 550.00 for males, and 750 for females.. I paid 2,200 so yes.. I would say this broker made a few good dollars from me and many others she sells to and acts like she just has a great mentor that helps her out.. yes I guess she does.. for the breeder my girl comes from gets 750. in brazil so she sure does help her out.. and she also gives her free dogs that she brags about.. she sells them and buys canadian dogs.. and I know I was so taken.. with all the lies and BS... and heartache and that is why I made this thread for others to make sure they did not go through her..for all I wanted was black and gold.. you are so absolutely right.. for even adding shipping to a pair from Sue you have great prices.. and shipping is the same for two small puppies.. and yes, deanna ships in at least two at a time.. holds the papers and does sh** like she does.. I'm sorry if my post seemed like I was jumping on you. It really wasn't meant to come across that way. I was just trying to point out that these people in other countries that sell to the US are Puppymills and how people here in the US ALL SEEM to have the same story "Oh I have family in Brazil and my dogs come from them." Of course they ALL also insist that their family love their dogs and they are living in their homes and blah blah blah. I can go into detail on atleast one person that sells from Brazil and insists that the dogs come from not only the best stock but from a place where they live like king and queens. It is not only in the US, I got mine from a girl from western Canada..so I guess it is all over North American.. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Just wanted to say that I am glad you finally got her papers!!! I hope your thread will open peoples eyes to this girl. YT is a big family and we all stick together and support each other! Because this girl has been on YT before I am sure she still lurks around. She should be so ashamed of how she has treated you and others!!!! Her website is unbelievable on how she claims to be such an honest and wonderful breeder but from what all has been said about her....this could not be further than the truth!!!!!
Again, I am so sorry this girl has put you through so much grief!!!!!!!!

Being someone who is looking for a healthy and strong yorkie, I am glad for this website to open the eyes of people like myself who are looking on the internet to purchase a dog. I purchased one of my golden retrievers blindly when he was just a baby not even doing any research first. Now that I think about it, I should have done more. Good thing he is healthy with no major problems but it could have been worse. I am so glad that you exposed this person for who she really is. I think alot of us think with our hearts more than we think with our heads that is why we purchase from people like these and pet stores. Those little faces are hard to resist. I am glad that your pup was healthy and you got your papers as well.

Thank you for all the feedback about this person. I had a friend bring a friend to my house last weekend for a girls nite get together.
She was having a great time playing with Bailey & Angel and said she had been thinking about getting a yorkie and said she had been emailing this person about purchasing a puppy.
When she told me her name I said let me show you a thread started on YT about this person.
She was so glad she mentioned it and said she was deleteing all emails and blocking her so she wouldn't bother her anymore.

It is a small world.. there were a couple of Yt members when I first signed up that I trusted with who I was and why I could not say who I was and told them my story.. so when a thread came up about some one wanting to know who deanna (yorkiekiss) was and had anyone heard of her.. they would pm me the link to help them know who she was..
I really hated to make that thread, but if it saves some from going through the bull that I went through, not to mention the stress and heartache then it was well worth it..
I am glad it saved yet another person from going through what I did.
