| Important :Bad breeder in Michigan Some of you may have seen my post of i've been had. The breeder according to the AKC never registered the litter. I paid $800 for a female puppy and was assured the papers would be sent to me. I waited and waited and no papers, it has been 3 months and i have contacted the AKC twice and no she has not registered litter and no i cannot file a complaint. She will not return my calls or messages. I have signed reciepts stating i was purchasing a female puppy with AKC paperwork. My only option is to take her to small claims court. If you live in SE Michigan be wary of her promises she is: Kelly Adkins 14166 Exeter Road Carleton, MI 48117 (734) 778-4676 I love the puppy but had hopes of entering her into a few local shows and breeding her at least once. The price was far steeper than my registered yorkie that is 3 years old. I guess the old buyer beware is good advice. Have papers in hand when you purchase a puppy. It doesn't matter how nice the breeder is or what they promise. Be cautious.

| I personally feel you should take her to small claims court. So sick of these trash breeders making promises and not following through...they need to be help accountable.

| Try contacting her States Attorney Generals Office. They may be able to fine her since she included it in the receipt. |
