 end of story
Well she finally sent paperwork in February. Date of possesion was wrong/changed. Also she gave limited registration when she promissed full. Moral of the story do not believe what people say-GET IT IN WRITING!!! So my baby is at least registered now. Thanks for all the help with my delema.
