First of all, WELCOME to YT, you came to the right place for help.

At least he's willing to give you the reg #. But to me she looks like she is around 5 weeks, either that or she has had a litter before. To bad your not closer, I can tell bu feeling her belly if she is pregnant. My vet tought me how. Good luck and keep us updated

I am not sure if this helps, but she feels softer on the sides, but firm on the bottom of the belly. He did tell me she has not had a litter before. I just think there are too many symptoms. The weight gain, the sleeping, She has been GLUED to my side, and the moodiness. Plus with each day passing, she gets more moody. I am excited but don't want to get my hopes up!!! I also looked at another post where they were posting pics of preg bellies and a lot of em look like hers. most of them were around 34-39 days.

Congratulations on your newest member, and I'd find another vet even if I had to go to another town to find one.

You have been looking at all the right things. If you need any help you can PM me also. I have had only one litter and my female was 7 lbs. Good luck and I hope that you find the information that you need. Make sure you get everything around once you find out she is pregnant. You just never know when you are going to need it and it better be handy. I think that she might be from everything you have telling us. Good luck.

Welcome! You will find lots of helpful, knowledgeable people here. I wish I had some advice, but I am new too and Bella is just a pup! Hopefully you are enjoying this new adventure! Good luck and take care of that precious baby!

There is a test that can be done to determine pregnancy in dogs.

However I am not sure the vet you have now would have this.
Prehaps Dee can help you find a vet in your area that has some of the needed services a breeder uses.

Her belly looks like my Baby who is preggo, she is about 40 days. I took Baby to the vet last week and she could feel something.

Before you take her to the vet, make sure she has a stool.

Baby is also very moody, sleeps a lot, is more lovey then normal. Her nipples are errect. And her belly is getting firmer.

The part under the nipple isn't getting big like a pooch. Anyone know when the area under the boobs gets puffly? (If you know what I mean)

I was told that they won't start getting big till about the 7th or 8th week. Depends on how many pups she will have.

Some says that she may get huge over night
