Congrats on the 2 new parti girls! They are beautiful! |
OMG! I just started this thread about an hour ago and realized that this thread was almost 2 years old!! It starts out with the birth of Sabrina and now Sabrina just gave birth!! This has to be a record for a thread!! Jasmine had 3 litters during this thread too. Sounds like she was bred every heat. She sure has beautiful babies and Sabrina has some gorgeous ones too!! What a blessing in your house with all those precious babies!! Maybe a new thread should be started for Miss Sabrina so more people can follow it along better. Congratulations Sabrina! It was fun watching you be born and grow up and become a little mother in the past hour! :) |
Congratulations, one of the girls it looks like she has hearts on her behind:) They are precious! |
She does...wouldn't a great name for her be Valentina...or something related to hearts? |

Gorgeous! I'd love one of those over here. |
Hello Friends, Today is the 5th day since the puppies were born. The day they were born, they looked relatively the same size (stupid me didn't weigh them). Well 5 days later the girl that has mostly white on her weighs 4.80 oz, exactly twice as much as her sister. The sister weighs 2.40 oz. They have both been feeding from the mother but the smaller one is a bit harder to feed since she doesn't keep her mouth in one place. So we have to hold her and squeeze the milk from the mother while she drinks every three hours. The smaller one has a very small frame and the stomach looks full as normal. Today we took both the puppies to get their tails and dew claws docked. The vet didn't seem too alarmed about the size difference. Everything else went well. She seems to be just as active as the larger one. I'm used to seeing apparent size differences when runts come out at birth so in this case it had me wondering. Ruben |
thanks for the update...how are both girls doing? Any pictures to share? |

Best. Thread. Ever! |
Now this will get you to thinking 2 Attachment(s) I have a 3 1/2 pound male that is black and Tan and the female that is 5 pounds that is blue and gold. I seen both of my parents mom and dad. I had a litter from my two and all pups came out looking like yorkies. They were black and tan. My daughter took one when he was 7 weeks and he still looked like a yorkie, just like the rest of the litter. My female did not get out to get with any other male. So can someone tell me what happend. The other 3 pups are real small and this one is huge. |
How Lucky is that. Parti Yorkies with out a try in the world. Congratzzzzz !!! What a gift : ) |
Sounds like a teapot. |
