I really don't know how to price him so I am just entertaining offers. We really wanted to keep him local so we can see him grow as we live in a private community, but it seems that is not going to happen.

When I got Teddy, the breeder told me she didn't think he was purebred because he was white with some black spots but his mommy and daddy were "normal" colored. Because of his coloring she never even tried to register the litter and sold them as Pets only without papers. I took him anyway because he was adorable and different. After speaking to many experts - vets, groomers, other breeders, YT'ers and doing some of my own research, I'm convinced that he is a Parti yorkie. He has ALL of the yorkie traits aside from his color. Here are some pics, let me know if yours look like this :D

They're both so gorgeous!

Good luck with placing Niko, I'm sure you'll find a forever home for him soon. I suggest placing him for sale on here, that way you can see him grow through pictures and keep in regular contact with the buyer.

Just an update,

We found a new home for Niko. His new home is across the street from us and my wife and I couldn't be any happier as we can now watch him grow up. Niko will have a 2 year old fixed female yorkie sister to grow up with.

Sabrina is doing well and is quite the barker. She loves to bark and whine when she don't get things her way. Hopefully she grows out of this phase fast! :)

I will post some new pictures in a week or so as she still look s the same. Funny thing about Sabrina is that she has a long patch of dark hair growing out the side of her face. It is much longer than the rest of her hair and is a group of about 20 hairs or so.

Another thing I want to mention. I took both my females to get shots about 6 months ago (the mother and 1 year old daughter) and we just noticed they both have bald spots on the side of their legs where the shots were given. The bald spots are about 2" diameter. It doesn't look like the hair is ever going to grow back. Any thoughts on this?

Glad to hear Niko found a new home so close to his first home! You guys will get to see him grow up.

can't wait to see pictures of Sabrina. That's funny about the hair on her face.

As for your other two i don't know what to tell you about the hair. that is a strange reaction that i've never seen before.

Hmmm, I think it's odd the shots were given in the leg. I'm no vet or expert, but mine were all given in the scruff of the neck. I would def. mention it to your vet, though.

rabies is always given in the right hip area. distemper is sometimes given in the left hip, either shoulder, or neck.

Did the vet do blood tests? They shave the front legs for that. Could that be why the hair is missing?

I have a yorkie who has a blad spot where the rabies shot was given. I was told that it's a reaction and the hair will not ever grow back. It was there when I bought him and thats what the breeder told me. It's been 2 yrs and it's still totally bald ( about the size of a dime). See below what a breeder had on her website..







What immunizations are required for my Yorkie?
My vet recommends that I give the Puppy Shot at 6, 9, 12, and 16 weeks with no lepto. Lepto is a very painful part of the shot and my vet recommends not giving it to toy dogs. The Rabies Vaccine is given down on the side subquetaneously by the vet at 6 months. There are occasional "bald spots" caused by allergic reactions to vaccines so I don't suggest giving it on the top where it can be readily seen.

our male Smokey is a yorkie/biewer......he looks most like a blue/gold but his gold is now almost off white with lots of white/gray on chest and up the legs....we are gonna stud him out in 2 months....i have to list him as a blue/gold with parti gene......and they allow you to show thim in some clubs now.....check out this site....it is my breeders site......she has a biewer that she shows and there are some show pics on there.....but they have to be pure biewer....not mixed like mine.........the web site is .......www.yorkiehousetn.com :animal36 :animal-pa
