What does it mean when you see two bulbus things coming out at the same time? I can't see anything inside them...

I can see a foot in one now... but can't tell what' in the other??? I'm panicking here! Should I be pushing one back in???

Are they 2 seperate sacs? Or is it one sack?

I don't see any breeders on i emailed mardlin but i don't know if she is up. Please call your emergency vet they may be able to walk you through this
