Missing Yoshi Everyday! Donating Member | Duramune Max 5 Does any other breeder use this particular vaccine for their puppies? What are your thoughts on it and experience with it? Could a place that offers neutering and/or spaying rejects the puppy because they said this is an over the counter vaccine and this vaccine does not work. So in order to get puppy neuter/spay you must get the vaccine thru them or another certified vet instead? Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

Missing Yoshi Everyday! Donating Member | that is my thoughts exactly...and these puppies are no more than 5 lbs...so i don't understand why they would say that the Duramune Max 5 does not work due to it be over the counter and administered by the breeder not the vet.

BANNED! | To be honest sometimes I personally think that some vets don't like it when we know as much as them or have a better understanding of our pets needs. The vet techs don't alway relay the proper info to them over the phone either. I surely wouldn't use that vet and look for one thats more breeder friendly. |

| Duramune Max 5 has two missing vaccines in it that the vet needs to assure the puppy has especially if in an area that is prone to the diease. i forget which are the two vaccines. as long as the vet waits 2 weeks after the vaccination has been given to give another, the puppies will be fine
