Does any other breeder use this particular vaccine for their puppies? What are your thoughts on it and experience with it?

Could a place that offers neutering and/or spaying rejects the puppy because they said this is an over the counter vaccine and this vaccine does not work. So in order to get puppy neuter/spay you must get the vaccine thru them or another certified vet instead?

Any help would be appreciated...thanks!
