| Hi, Kelley. Think I missed the name of your pup about to give birth. Thinking of you -Deborah **I read your profile and "Kiley" is beautiful. Weight must be similar to Sophie 4-5 lbs?

| heres a belly shot...it looks lower than it has been, plus when you look at her from the top she hasnt been looking as fat in the sides like she was, now its all in the bottom part of her belly, like its about to drag the ground! |

| Thanks for the info. and she is still very dainty. Her coat is beautiful, shiny and healthy in appearance. Probably best she is cut close so she won't have long hair to deal with when she is nursing, etc. So glad you found our forum and the anticipation is building. Feel like an "auntie" --- PS I was amazed after reading on the net about what you should have on hand for birthing. Just wonderful that information can be obtained so quickly. Take care and keeping Kiley in my thoughts. -Deborah and Charlie

| shes still sleeping ALOT! and i cant get her to eat anything but hotdogs! I was despriate to get something in her. I did finally get the courage up to email the original owner today. She was suprisingly nice about it. She said kiley has never needed a c-section nor has she ever had any problems with delivery...that was good news!! She even offered to send me Kileys paperwork and the CKC ID number for the father. His name is Cricket and he is also a yorkie. I told her I was afraid that when she found out that she would try to take Kiley, she said she wouldnt do that and that this is not the first time that she rehomed an older yorkie who turned out to be pregnant when she rehomed her. I do feel better knowing that shes never had serious problems...but she is older and having a larger litter. OH, her temp is back up to 99.1. Im getting ready to throw the thermometer (sp) out the window!! shes in her bed laying on her back with her feet in the air knocked out, I swear I think i can hear her snoring!!! LOL.... |

Will check for an update tomorrow morning since it is probably time for you to go to bed. Pacific time here, and only 7:30p. Take good care and Kiley is in my warmest thoughts. PS Even though it was uncomfortable talking with the woman, at least you can relax a bit...well, if you don't throw the thermometer outside

| Please be careful because hot dogs are very greasy, and Yorkies are notorious for having tummy problems. I would try to keep you diet bland, boiled chicken and rice with cottage cheese for calcium.
