| Kelly from www.worldkennelusa.com? I know of two members who have bought puppies from her, have any others? I've talked to her on the phone, although I didn't ask very many questions. She does have a contract and she does offer a one year guarantee. She doesn't sound like a puppymill, and I really doubt that she is one or is a broker. I'm just still ever-so-slightly on the fence about her. She offers both AKC and CKC pups (depends on the parents). Her site is www.worldkennelusa.com. Thanks. |

| Dont know her but If she is selling AKC and CKC Why???? I would not buy any puppy but a AKC puppy. I have seen other registery and they do-not keep as close to the full-blood guidelines as AKC. When I looked for my yorkies I looked at a CKC puppy and The owner told me that she prefers CKC that AKC is too strict. I'm sorry but I like strict (better quality) Her puppies were bred inline daughter bred with the father. (not cool) just my opinion. Check out the AKC suspension listing and see if she is on it. I would ask ALOT of questions, ask for referrals, mother and father names, AKC allows you to research the background if you are purchasing a puppy, How old , How much, the more questions you ask and the more they are willing to answer them and give you the right answers the more at rest you will be with your decision. Good luck ! |

| For some reason when I went to the web site, I needed to install some type of korean language program. Hmmmmm? Didn't really understand why, but, if it were me, I would keep looking. You didn't say if you were looking for a companion puppy or one for breeding. Hope you're looking for a wonderful companion, but in either case, I would definitely go AKC and then, get lots of information and research the pedigree. Also, being able to visit the home and see the parents and where they were raised is extremely important. Lots of people can talk a good game, but I would never adopt a puppy on the internet. There are just to many unscruptulous people out there anymore. JMO Good luck in your search.

| Absolutely. You never know what kind of home they are living in. i would even drive by when you get the address ( if possible) and see for yourself. remember if they are in not so good conditions, dont you think that they will be cleaning up the place if they know your coming????? you never know. I agree I would never by a puppy on line. By buying one in your area, you have the advantage of going and seeing their home, talking to the breeder, and if something arises after you buy the puppy, they are right there to discuss it with. i would think if you buy a puppy on line and god forbid you had a problem, how hard do you think it would be to go after the breeder ? JMO by the way tegamom1 I love your babies !!! Last edited by Paw2PawTalk; 05-29-2007 at 12:57 PM. |
