Absolutely. You never know what kind of home they are living in. i would even drive by when you get the address ( if possible) and see for yourself. remember if they are in not so good conditions, dont you think that they will be cleaning up the place if they know your coming????? you never know. I agree I would never by a puppy on line. By buying one in your area, you have the advantage of going and seeing their home, talking to the breeder, and if something arises after you buy the puppy, they are right there to discuss it with. i would think if you buy a puppy on line and god forbid you had a problem, how hard do you think it would be to go after the breeder ? JMO
