| Goldust Yorkies I'm thinking about getting a puppy from Goldust Yorkies in Arizona. Has anyone had any experience with them? Thanks! |

| I haven't dealt with them but I absolutely love their yorkies. If I ever get another yorkie, I would possibly want one from her.

| Reputable Breeders? Can anyone refer me to a reputable breeder here in San Diego, CA? Or anyone have advice on buying an older dog vs. a younger dog? My reason for asking is I too had purchased a puppy that was sick too. Luckily I received a refund but still in the big search. Thanks. |

| Does anyone know the average price of her Yorkies? (a little rude to ask, I know, but I need to know if I can even afford to consider her ) |

| She told me around $1000-$1800, I'm guessing the higher ones are either very small ones, or ones sold as show dogs/with breeding rights. She seemed nice and helpful in the e-mail, one thing though, she said she doesn't do routine testing for liver shunt, etc. (she's only had one dog come up with liver shunt in all her years, she said) but her dogs come with a 2 year guarantee. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I paid $1500 for Marcel (from Gold Dust) - in fact he is still the guy on her website under "available", LOL, guess she needs to update! Btw, I must've emailed her 100 times as I was deciding on Marcel - we knew he'd be a tiny (she does not, btw, breed for tinies) and I needed to ask a 1000 questions before I could decide if he was right for me and that he'd be safe. She was SO patient and answered every question I had - and I had a lot.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | No - Wylie is my adult - he's in my avatar. Marcel is my baby (23 weeks) and he's the little guy (currently up to 1 pound 12 oz - woo hoo!).
