Don't feel bad, I also fell for a scam--actually stupid me--I basically fell for 2 internet scams! The fisrst scam was from a "Christian Red Cross Worker", who was transferred to Nigeria. These folks "had" 3 puppies--2 girls and a boy. Since I wanted 2 pups and I was planning on giving the 3 rd pup to my sr. citizen aunt, as a companion, I wanted all 3. It turned out to be nothing but a scam and a nightmare. Cut a long story short--I was totally scammed and ended up losing close to a $1,000.00. After getting over this heartbreak and anger, I now contacted a "reputable" breeder in Brooklyn, NY--"Puppy Elite". Again I got scammed and ended up paying $1,200.00 for a female Yorkie pup, whose actual value was around $600.00 - $700.00. She is one of the sweetest and smartest dogs, I have ever had; and I love her to pieces. I would not part with this baby--for any amount of money. However, I did get scammed--big time twice! At least with the "Puppy Elite" from Brooklyn, NY scam--I did end up with a dog. A dog that turned out to be one of the best dogs you will ever meet----BUT, I was still scammed and overcharged. Again, don't feel bad about getting scammed, it happens to many people. People from all races, education level, income level, etc. 0 | |

| Yes, those are pictures taken from our webiste of our dogs!...We tracked them from our website and they are from Nigeria...They spent time there again this eveing taking these pictures!...We posted a warning on our front page of our website...We Hope nobody got scammed! If anyone knows how we can take any further actions against these people we would love to know how!...They stole our pictures, our words and worst of all are out there trying to take folks are earned money! ~Laura & the JaLa Yorkies[/quote] These people "never" cease to amaze me!!! If they would only spend half of their time/enery thinking up ways to help people - we'd probably have a cure for cancer!!! Instead they use it like this... Do you have watermarks on your pictures? That might help. I'm really sorry they've picked you to do this to. What heart ache and anxiety you must feel. Please keep us informed... I noticed one breeder in NM posted a notice on their website that someone had been using their photos, too. Good Luck & Best Wishes...

| These internet scams are all to easy. I almost fell into a scam that is all accross free classified adds in north america. Luckily i was warned before i did anything, but i dont know if i would have bought a puppy from that far away anyways. The add had cute pictures of yorkies and priced at only 450..a red flag to begin with. Here is the email i got: Thanks for the for the interst in my lovely puppy. she is still very much available for a new home.she is 11 weeks old, AKC registered and shots are given up to date, she is potty trianed. All her paperworks will accompany her, But right now i am on transfer to africa for the tianshi health organization for the less priviledged with my wife and we have her right here with us,and the reason i am give her out is do to the weather here, the weather is not too good for her and her vet doctor has told me to find a way to get her back to the states as soon as possible. And i hope you are also a loving person with a kind heart for pets that will take very good care of our baby. we are going to send her to you via Express pets delivery or next day delivery after shippment through a shipping agent, I am leaving her for shipping fee only $315 including Handling fee. if you are interested in having her, i want you to get back to me with the following information your full name, address phone number including the nearest airport to you And i will like to know if you an send me pitures of the puppy as soon as you get her so i can also see her in her new home.
