Donating YT 2000 Club Member | partnerships in breeding-- Has anyone you know ever walked out of a partnership with another breeder? Has any breeder you know ever totally ignored the contract drawn up? Has any breeder you know ever refused to supply DNA results on a breeding? I don't want a discussion of contracts or lawsuits...of course, this is an after the fact, or should have, would have or could have situation. What would you do in the above scenarios-- |

| Yes....I know of one who has done this. Someone who totally ignored the contract drawn up by them even to the ridiculous point of stating there was no contract and refused to supply DNA results after numerous requests. Fortunately, the contract is a binding agreement, whether they choose to acknowledge it or not so there is recourse.

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | This was not the discussion I wanted on a public forum. I was asking for a discussion--not to play a blame game or start a heated thread. I was looking for someone to assist me in making some decisions. Admin please remove this thread. |
