| Thank you for her concern about the little one. I'm supplementing with bottle feeding occasionally because it was my concern as well, but she did miss out on it. she's gained 3/4th ozs now and sees the Vet on Monday. |

Every reputable breeder can have tinies come up, they then sell them as PETS and NEVER on open papers as opposed to the OP's website. She put up her site, I went and looked, I suppose I could have just oohed and ahhed over the little tiny dogs but I didn't, there were way too many things wrong with her "program", I hate to see a inexperienced person come on YT think "oh I want that little tiny puppy or one just like it". As far as her original question?? I have spoken to 2 breeders (reputable) and posed the question. Sorry, they had never in 50 cumulative years heard of anything of the sort. | |

| In my past three litters, I have had one tiny from each and one giant yorkie in one of them. i did not charge anymore for the tiny ones and didn't advertise them as such but I did tell people what I estimated their size would be and as we all know, that is only an estimate. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Wow...I know some don't like to see the direct comments and consider them to be bashing but...if everyone held their tongue how would anyone ever learn what constitutes good breedering practices vs not so good breeding practices ?? I thought the question was interesting but what went thru my mind was HOW DID THAT HAPPEN ??? and what would have happened to the mom if the baby had NOT delivered.....it easily could have been a tragedy and mom AND baby could have been lost. I have to agree with Diva Pup and Sugars mom...there's alot more to breeding then selling micro mini's or whatever the latest term is and all I can say is judging from the number of yorkies in the SICK and Injured section...there sure are alot of tiny little dogs in trouble ...I don't mean from the Original poster nor am I referring to this thread - but just in general there sure is a major increase in problems we just should NOT be seeing.... This site is here to EDUCATE people as well as a place people are selling puppies....If no one spoke up for the dogs then why should we bother even reading the posts ??? Reputable breeders stand behind their lines and everyday I appreciate them more and more.... spoiledrottenpo...good luck with your little puppy - I really hope she grows up to be a happy healthy little yorkie. She sure is a little miracle |

| I think that most of you could get your points and opinions across without attacking. While I would not purposely breed for the tiny ones, it has happened that they have been born. I also would not knowingly sell a tiny one to a person that was going to breed her. In my OPINION, it would have been better to say, "In my opinion. . . " rather than, "Why in the world. . .!" or "I cannot believe you are so irresponsible." We don't want to drive anyone away that might learn from our examples and kind words. Kind words will get the point across to those looking for babies. The harsh words make you seem mean and witchy. If you were new here what type of person would you rather talk to about the possibility of a new baby? |

| First of all congratulations on your little miracle, and the rest of your babies. And to answer your question i have never heard of this happening, but thank god for sweet little miracles. Now to fent a bit. I am getting absoulty peed of with some of the members here. I have noticed that they are constantly picking and being rude to other people. I see that someone asks a perfectly simple question and then what do you, the vultures are in for the kill. It reminds me of school yard bullying. I think that there is no call for this behaviour, if you dont agree with someone, well you dont have to be down right rude to get your point across, you know that you have a delete button on your keyboard, you can read your post, have a look before submitting and think to yourself, well would i like to be spoken to like that.
