![]() Ok..... I have a boxer that came from registered parents but I did not register him. I had no plans to breed him therefore it wasnt necessary. However he has had some pups and they were just as healthy as they would have been had they had been able to be registered. Great purebred boxers. IMO... if you are happy with the breeder and everything meets your standards then I think you should go for it....JMO Good luck, Jennifer

![]() both my yorkies dont have papers, and I really dont care, I dont love them any less! I say if you truly want a yorkie and this yorkie is going to be part of your loving family, more than just your DOG than as long as you see the parents and where the yorkie lives, had all the shots that they need before they go home, and was no less than the 12 weeks I say its o.k. But thats what I feel, you love your furbabies no what they have or dont have. ![]() ![]()

![]() Ok, I got a reply from the breeder telling me why it isn't papered. Apparently she was called to rescue this pup that was wandering the streets and got hit by a car. She took her in as her own. Any more thoughts??? ![]()

![]() My thoughts are how much risk do you want to take buying a puppy that you dont know what the background on the parents is. If you are getting it for a steal then maybe I would think about it, but if she is charging the same as a good puppy that you know comes from good breeding stock, then I think I would pass if it were me. There are just too many things that can go wrong with a yorkie.

![]() Ok, I had to post to this one.. I couldn't hold back. Who in their right mind would breed a rescue? 1st of all, you wouldn't know if it was purebred Yorkie, or just looked like a Yorkie. 2nd of all, you wouldn't sell puppies for the price of a purebred. 3rd, She was hit by a car! Things like this would give me an idea of this breeder's scruples. IMO.. Run!

![]() Wise move I am sure! There are too many nice quality AKC babies out there with reasonable prices to take any chances with this one! Good luck finding your baby!
