both my yorkies dont have papers, and I really dont care, I dont love them any less! I say if you truly want a yorkie and this yorkie is going to be part of your loving family, more than just your DOG than as long as you see the parents and where the yorkie lives, had all the shots that they need before they go home, and was no less than the 12 weeks I say its o.k. But thats what I feel, you love your furbabies no what they have or dont have.
Remember they show you love no matter what kind of day your having, the love is always in their eyes!
