Yes, everyone had to be given a chance...but they had to 'pay their dues' for lack of better term first. I did it. I'm sure others have as well. Just being willing to fork over the $$$ doesn't give you the right to breed. You've heard the saying, "We reserve the right to refuse service..." Well, same goes for breeders.
But I do understand what you are getting at. Responsibility falls back on the breeder to take whatever measures neccessary to ensure the pup will NOT be bred when it leaves. |
