As far as the aggression goes I really would contribute it to the hormones and the "freaking out" factor. She's probably a little sore, undoubtedly, and so having so many people handle her, move her around and the puppies and so on....it's just a bit overwhelming.
I'd chaulk it off to that.
While you take this into consideration when you deal w/ her in the future while this litter is still young, I would not tolerate it if she actually does nip you.
Just try not to put yourself in that kind of situation for at least the next few weeks, until you must intervene and help clean up after the puppies. If it doesn't subside by then, start forcing her (on leash) to go for walks w/ you and spend more time away from the puppies (a reasonable amount of time) near you and on the leash in the house...after the weaning process has begun. There's no reason her stress level and so on shouldn't be at a more tolerable level by then if she wasn't this "moody" prior to pregnancy and delivery.

Momma is doing much better about being moody. I stuck my hand in the box to fix the bedding and she didn't growl at me and now when I talk to her, she licks her lips. Babies are doing fine and nursing quite well. Thanks for all of your help and uplifting responses.

Oh! I forgot to update.....I finally got to check the last puppy. We have 2 male and 2 female!
