| Finding it hard to sell male yorkies? My friend has 3 male yorkie pups that are 12 weeks old, she has had them up for sale for weeks now and she hasn't received any offers.. I'm a bit concerned as I will have puppies for sale in 8 weeks too and I also have three males. Has anyone had this problem??

| I love my Lexie but my boys are just little lovers...I know girls are more in demand, I think most of it is because of the marking and people think girls are prettier, but I think they all are beautiful....

| I may be intersted in a boy but I'm not sure if it would be too overwhelming for us. Izzy is 8 months old and Luna is almost 6 months. I wonder how they would take having a baby brother? I've been dropping hints to DH that I NEED a boy, cuz BOTH of these girls love him the best Got any pics?

| Yea I agree what Jessy said girls are always in demand and really thats want I really wanted but they were so expensive and at the time my husband went to get a yorkie for me we could only afford a male at the time, but I wouldn't trade him for a girl NO WAY!!! I LOVE HIM!!!

| Maybe it's like human babies...they make all the cute stuff for the girls! Do you think some of it is the commercial hype and big demand for the doggie accessories? I mean...everywhere you go there's a ton of stuff for the little girls but the boy stuff is just boring. I have 2 boys and I love them to pieces but I will admit I want a little girl so she can wear cutsie little bows! |

| I have not had any problems. I think if I add it up, probably more requests for males. But then again the male I have is just so darn cute!! I wish I could keep him and what a personality - strutting around like he is a king here. So confident. T. |

| Last time Bell had a litter, I only had one female and I keep her, I sold the 2 boys right away, didn't even have to advertise. My friend is asking $850. for her boys, she said they are a little big. (not sure of size) I have seen pictures and they are adorable.. I have my three and I will sell them again for $750. and they will be smaller this time, they weigh in at 8oz, and 10oz at 2 weeks (right on track, for being 4-6 lbs) I will not ship my puppies so, I'm concerned. As far as boys over girls, My petey is the one who follows me all around the house and wants to be with me every minute.. He is 19 months old and has NEVER lifted his leg on anything.. He squats, just like the girls..

| mine are eight weeks old so I haven't really advertised them yet but several people from here and another board I belong to have inquired about my male and only a couple of people about the girls.. SHEZZZZZZZ, I only have one. I had four girls in this litter Mine came out in the local paper this morning so it will be interesting to see how many want my boy. |
